Aloha From Hawaii

Well, what can I say. I'm in Hawaii. Life is good...

We've been spending a lot of time with family and friends. And the hotel we're in is unbelievable. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It's called the JW Marriott Ihilani Resort & Spa at Ko Olina. Absolutely unbelievable. The only negative thing I can say about Hawaii (Oahu to be specific) is the traffic. It's aweful. Some of the worst I've ever seen and that's coming from someone who has driven in Los Angeles, New York, & New Jersey. So you know it's bad! But hey, it's still one of the most beautiful places on the planet!

Oh well, when we return we'll be ready to complete the paper-chase and get that long awaited DTC date!

Haha... perfect timing! Last winter when we had the ice storms, Naomi and I decided we'd plan a vacation for the following winter. We knew that by the middle of January we'd need a tropical escape. Well, here we are in Hawaii while all of NC is under a State of Emergency due to the cold weather.
