A few days before we left for China, I sent an email out to
a group of friends and family members. I told them that I
would be sending them email updates from China.
I
decided to create an email group and send out emails, in addition
to posting occasional updates on the adoption blog. I knew
that I would do a lot of writing. And I also knew that I wanted
the option of being able to write in a more personal manner.
Posting blog messages is great. Anyone who reads the Adoption
Blog knows that I enjoy blogging. But this time I did most
of my writing in emails.
After
getting home from China, I received tons of emails about our
trip from people who read the Adoption Blog. I then realized
that I really didn't do a good job of sharing our China experience
on the Adoption Blog. So after reviewing the emails I had
sent while we were in China, I decided to post them here.
I
hope you enjoy them.
