When Naomi and I got home from China, we decided to write
out a list of the items that we felt were the most helpful
for us in China.
We hope you find it useful.

3 section Tupperware container for formula (qty 2)
- Hip Hammock
- Disposable bibs
- Disposable changing pads
- Disposable Palmolive dishwashing cloths to wash bottles
- Disposable baby washcloths
- Baby wipes
- Diaper rash cream
- Thermos for hot water
- Bottles with disposable liners (just our preference)
- Bottle brush to clean the nipples
- Medicine dropper and/or syringe
- Extra tooth brushes in case you forget and rinse them in
tap water
- Writing Pens
- Extra luggage tag (you will probably buy an extra piece
of luggage in Guangzhou)
- Small Flashlight
- Mouthwash (to help kill unwanted germs from water when showering,
shaving, etc…)
- Lots of Purell hand sanitizer (yes, we were a bit paranoid)
- Lots of zip lock bags or Small plastic bags for poopy diapers
- Scissors (but don’t pack them in your carry on luggage)
- Baby & adult nail clippers
- Stacking Cups and/or Link-a-Doos
